Jake currently holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification, administered by Investment Management Consultants Association® and taught in conjunction with The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania since December of 2006. Jake earned IMCA’s Foundations and Endowments certificate in conjunction with the Wharton School in May 2008. Jake is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA).

Mike is married and the proud father of a son and a daughter. He and his family reside in beautiful Colorado Springs and enjoy the active Colorado lifestyle. As a financial advisor, he has worked for Edward Jones, Key Investment Services (Key Bank), New England Financial, and he is the founder of Quantum Wealth Strategies. He recently moved Quantum Wealth Strategies into partnership with NOVA Financial Services and is excited about the powerful Colorado coalition he now leads and the extensive benefits it brings to his current and future clients.
Prior to being a financial advisor, Michael served as a Tucson Police Officer, Detective, and Sergeant. He was a long time member of the Tucson Police Department Hostage Negation Team and a Certified Police Ethics Instructor. He describes his fourteen years with the Tucson Police Department as a wonderful chapter of his life where he had the privilege of serving the public and working with exceptionally talented peers and leaders.
Mike graduated from Amphitheater High School in Tucson, Arizona then attended Rhodes University in Grahmstown, South Africa. He returned to Tucson and finished his Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Arizona. He later completed a Master of Science in Management at Northern Arizona University.

Tom Fischer joined NOVA Financial Services with more than 15 years of financial planning experience. He brings creative estate and business planning ideas together with solid investment strategies and innovative insurance solutions. Jeff Johnson joined NOVA Financial Services in early 2016, having began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1999. Jeff enjoys working with clients all over the country, assisting them with all aspects of financial planning.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Denise.

Vic DeNigris is a graduate from Fordham University with a degree in Finance and completed requirements for Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®). Vic worked over 30 years in commercial lending and retail banking and retired in 2002 as Vice President and Manager at Bank of America. After several years as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones, he recently decided to take his knowledge and experience to the next level with NOVA Financial Services, where he can offer a variety of financial products and services customized to his clients’ financial needs.

Brittany has over 17 years of experience working in the financial services industry as an office administrator and has extensive knowledge in client relationships and account services. She began as an intern at an independent Wachovia firm in 2005 and has been working in the financial industry ever since. She oversees our administrative team and marketing for the company.
Brittany received her degree from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, with a Major in Business Administration and specialty in Marketing. Brittany is sure to give back to her college by participating in guest-speaking engagements, lectures and assists with many student activities such as resume checks, interview preparations and employer outreach assistance. She was recently honored by the Eller College of Management’s Professional Women in Business Association as a Legacy Honoree.
In her spare time, she is involved with many community organizations including Junior Achievement as a volunteer/guest speaker, volunteer with Junior League of Tucson, served as the Board of Directors President for two and a half years and served on the board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson for over 14 years. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her husband Jake and their rescue-dog Kunu.

A Tucson native, Leslie has been actively involved in the Tucson community for many years. She received her education from the University of Arizona and was a co-owner of a local print shop for many years. She grew a passion for working in the clerical field and has experience in office administration and operations.
In her spare time, Leslie enjoys spending time with her three children, two of which graduated from the University of Arizona. She is also proud to have a graduate from Concordia University.

Glen Eric Melin II received his degree in Business Management at Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi in 2010. He also earned his commission through Army ROTC as an Infantry Officer.
Following Infantry training and Ranger school, Glen deployed with the 1st Armored Division to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom 12-13. Upon return from deployment, Glen attended the Special Forces Qualification Course, where he earned his Green Beret. He was then assigned to Ft. Carson, Colorado as the commander of Operational Detachment – Alpha 0225 in 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Glen deployed to Afghanistan under Resolute Support Mission VIII, and then to Romania in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. Glen was then selected and trained as a Jedburgh operator. He served as a detachment commander of Operational Detachment – Golf 0431, and finished his career as the Jedburgh company Executive Officer.
In 2022, after 11 years of service, Glen made the decision to leave the military and focus on his family. He is the father of three children: Sydney, Glen III (G3), and Serenity. Glen regularly trains, teaches, and competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. His hobbies also include stand-up comedy, weightlifting, woodworking, boating, and snowboarding.
